Refreshing order data in Truv ensures that the most up-to-date employment and income verification details are retrieved.
To refresh order data in the Truv Dashboard, follow these steps:

Log In to the Truv Dashboard:
- Access your account at https://dashboard.truv.com/.

Navigate to the Orders Tab:
- On the left-hand menu, click on Orders.

Select the Order to Refresh:
- Locate and click on the specific order you wish to update.

Initiate Data Refresh:
- Click the "Refresh Data" button.
- A pop-up will appear; select the desired Product Type (e.g., Employment, Income and Employment, Employment and Most Recent Paystub).
- Choose the Employers to be refreshed.
- Click Continue to proceed.

Monitor the Refresh Process:
- The order status will change to Pending during the refresh.
- Once completed, the updated report will be available for download.
