Order notifications (email & SMS)

This article explains how to set up and manage order notifications (email & SMS) in the Truv Dashboard to enhance communication, ensure timely applicant responses, and improve verification completion rates.

To set up and manage order notifications (email and SMS) in the Truv Dashboard, follow these steps:

  1. Access the Truv Dashboard:

  2. Navigate to Customization:

    • On the left-hand menu, click on Customization.
  3. Create or Edit a Template
    • Select Templates.
    • To modify an existing template, click on it; to create a new one, select Create Template.
    • You can modify the template name, link expiration and Customer support email address. Once modified click on Publish to save the changes. 
  4. Set Up Reminders and Expiration:

    • Navigate to Customization > Account > Order Settings.
    • Adjust the Link Expiry to define how long the verification link remains active.
    • Configure the frequency of reminders sent to applicants.
  5. Save and Apply the Template:

    • After configuring your settings, click Publish to save the template.
    • Ensure this template is selected when creating new orders to apply these notification settings.
