How do I request support for a new data source?

If the data source you need isn’t currently available, you have two options:

  1. Use Our Fallback Methods: You can still proceed with income or employment verification by using our document upload feature or, for direct deposit switches, the manual DDS form solution (available to enterprise customers). These options allow you to continue with the process while we work on expanding our coverage.

  2. Contact Truv: If your data source is missing, reach out to us with more information. Here’s what to include in your request:

    • Name of the data source (e.g., the payroll provider, gig platform, or financial institution).
    • Type of data you need (e.g., income verification, employment verification, direct deposit switching).
    • Any relevant details that can help us understand the integration better (e.g., the platform’s API, a link to their website, or any special access requirements).
