1. View the Status of Each Order
- Order Status: Each order in the Truv Dashboard has an attached status indicating whether the data connection was successful or encountered an error.
- You can easily check the status of any user’s data connection by navigating to the relevant order in your dashboard.
2. Error Details and Troubleshooting
- Click on the Error: If the order has failed, simply click on the error message. This will provide more detailed information about why the connection didn’t succeed.
- Error Explanation: The error details will give you a clear reason for the failure, such as issues with authentication, provider connection problems etc.
3. Resolve or Escalate
- Based on the error details, you can either take immediate steps to resolve the issue (e.g., guiding the user to re-enter their credentials) or escalate the issue to support@truv.com if needed.
