Creating and managing Customization Templates

Create and manage Truv Customization Templates by setting branding, UI, and document options. Preview, edit, and publish for a seamless experience.

To create and manage Customization Templates in Truv, follow these steps:

1. Access the Templates Section

  • Log In: Sign in to your Truv Dashboard.
  • Navigate: Go to the Customization section and select Templates.

2. Create a New Template

  • Initiate Creation: Click on "Create a template".
  • Configure Settings: Assign a unique name to the template and specify the applicable product types (e.g., income and employment verification, insurance verification). 

3. Customize Branding and User Experience

  • Branding Elements:
    • Company Name and Logo: Upload your logo and set your company name.
    • Color Scheme: Define background and accent colors to match your brand identity.
    • Custom Text Fields: Add personalized messages or instructions for users.
  • Additional Features: Choose to display elements like success screen confetti, end-user agreements, and privacy policies.

4. Configure Truv Bridge Settings

  • Document Upload Options: If enabled, specify which document types users can submit and customize the associated instructions.
  • User Interface Customization: Modify headers, button texts, and other UI components to ensure a seamless user experience.

5. Manage Templates

  • Edit Existing Templates: Select a template from the list to modify its configurations as needed.
  • Duplicate Templates: Use the duplicate function to create a new template based on an existing one, allowing for efficient adjustments.
  • Delete Templates: Remove templates that are no longer in use to maintain an organized dashboard.

6. Set Primary Templates

  • Assign Primary Templates: Designate a template as primary for specific product types, ensuring consistent application of settings across related orders.

7. Preview and Publish Templates

  • Real-Time Preview: Utilize the preview feature to see how changes will appear to users across different interfaces, including Bridge, Email, and Landing pages.
  • Publish Changes: Once satisfied with the customization, click "Publish" to activate the template.
