Creating an Order from the Dashboard

Creating an order in the Truv Dashboard simplifies verifications by automating notifications, tracking order status, and reducing manual effort. It enhances accuracy, improves efficiency, and ensures a secure, streamlined verification process.

Steps for Creating an Order from the Truv Dashboard

  1. Log In to the Truv Dashboard

  2. Go to the Orders Section

    • In the left-hand menu, navigate to Orders under the Activity section.
    1. Create a New Order:

      • Click on the Create order button to initiate a new verification request.
      • Select the desired product type for the verification.
      • Fill in the required user information, such as first and last name (mandatory fields), and any additional details as needed.
      • Submit the form to create the order as shown below. 
    2. Upload Orders in Bulk:

      • For multiple verifications, use the Upload order feature.
      • Select the desired product type for the verification.
      • Download the sample CSV template provided.
      • Populate the template with the necessary order details.
      • Upload the completed CSV file to the dashboard.
  3. Select Notification Preferences

    • Choose how to notify the user:
      • Email – Send an order link via email.
      • SMS – Send a link via text message.
      • Both – Use both email and SMS for better engagement.
      • None – No notification; you must manually share the link.
  4. Preview the Order (Optional)

    • Check how the email, SMS, or landing page will appear to the user.
  5. Submit the Order

    • Review the details and click Submit to finalize and send the order.
