What is the Order Timeline?

The Timeline, located on the Order Information page (Activity > Orders > Order Information), provides real-time updates on your client's activity with Truv, offering transparency into their verification journey.

Key Events You'll See on the Timeline:

  • Order created: A Caseworker has completed the order form.
  • Email sent / SMS sent: Truv has sent a notification to the client requesting them to verify their information.
  • Email delivered / SMS delivered: The notification has been successfully delivered to the client.
  • Link clicked: The client has clicked the verification link.
  • [Provider] connected: The client has successfully logged into their payroll provider.
  • Order completed: The order has been completed, with no further steps remaining.
  • Refresh started: A Caseworker has initiated a refresh of the client's data, and notifications have been sent.
  • Order refresh completed: The data refresh has been completed, and a new report has been created.
