What is the new Performance per Template table in Reporting?
To give you deeper visibility into your verification volume and performance, we have added a new data table to the Reporting tab in your Truv Dashboard. This table breaks down your verification volume and conversion rates by specific templates, and differentiates between initial orders and refresh orders.
Key Capabilities
- Template-Level Tracking: Analyze exactly how each of your custom verification templates is performing, helping you see which configurations yield the highest conversion rates.
- Initial vs. Refresh Breakdown: See clear distinctions between Initial (first-time) and Refresh (subsequent updates) orders to better understand user behavior and lifecycle data.
- Volume & Conversion Insights: View precise metrics on total order volume alongside conversion percentages to easily identify what works and where users might be dropping off.
How to Access This Data
- Log into your Truv Dashboard and navigate to the Reporting tab.
- Scroll to the new Performance per Template section.
- Use the available filters to sort by date range, specific templates, or order types to gather the exact insights your team needs.
