What information does Truv retrieve from my payroll system?
When you use Truv, it retrieves specific information from your payroll system to help with your DSHS application. This information includes:
- Identity: First name, Last name, Last 4 digits of SSN, Date of birth, Address
- Employment: Start date, End date, Employer, Employer address, Phone number, Position type, Job title
- Income: Income amount, Income unit (e.g., yearly), Pay frequency, Manager name
Truv only retrieves what is required by the requesting government agency.
