What information is included in a Verification of Employment (VOE)?
Borrowers Information:- Full name
- Last four digits of the SSN
- Home address
Employer Information:
- Name
- Phone
- Address
Borrowers Employment Data:
- Status (active/inactive)
- Job title
- Most recent start date
- Original hire date
- Job type
- Employed in role (years and months)
What information is included in a Verification of Income and Employment (VOIE)?
Borrowers Information:- Full name
- Last four digits of the SSN
- Home address
Employer Information:
- Name
- Phone
- Address
Borrowers Employment Data:
- Status (Active/Inactive)
- Job title
- Most recent start date
- Original hire date
- Job type
- Employed in role (years and months)
- Avg. hrs. worked / pay period
Borrower Income Data:
- Income
- Income unit (yearly, hourly, weekly, or monthly. This depends on how the paystub presents the information)
- Pay frequency (weekly or biweekly)
Borrowers Annual Income Summary:
- Year
- Base salary
- Overtime
- Commission
- Bonus
- Other pay (any other pay that does not fall under base salary, overtime, commissions, or bonuses)
- Gross pay
- Net Pay
Borrowers Bank Accounts:
- Bank name
- Routing number (last four digits)
- Account type (checking or savings)

Historical Pay Period Summary:
- Pay period begin date
- Pay period end date

What information is included in a Verification of Assets (VOA)?
Borrowers Information:
- Full name
- Home address
Report Information:
- Accounts (number of accounts)
- Days requested (how many days of previous account transactions)
Asset Summary:
- Bank name and type of account (savings or checking)
- 30 day avg. balance
- 60 day avg. balance
- Available balance
- Current balance
- Same as owner requested (if the account belongs to the individual for whom the report was created)
- Direct deposit from employer (if the employer deposits into the account directly)
