What happens when a client only connects some of their accounts?
To help maximize your conversion rates and capture valuable data that might otherwise be lost to user drop-off, Truv automatically handles partial connections by finalizing the order after a short grace period.
How it Works
- The 24-Hour Window: If an end user connects at least one employer, payroll provider, or financial institution but leaves other requested sources unconnected, Truv will automatically mark the order as Completed after 24 hours. This ensures you still receive the data from the successful connections.
- Verifying Missing Sources: If you still need to verify the remaining unconnected sources after the order has closed, simply create a new order using the exact same
external_user_id. Truv will automatically recognize that these connections belong to the same end user and map them accordingly.
How to Enable This Feature
