      What documents flow from Ncino to Encompass E-folder

      When using Truv’s integration with nCino and Encompass, verified income and asset documents are automatically transferred from nCino into the Encompass eFolder, ensuring a complete and auditable file for underwriting.

      VOIE (Verification of Income & Employment)

      The following documents are pushed into the Encompass eFolder:

      • VOIE Report

      • Paystubs (6)

      • W-2s (3)

      • Year-to-Date (YTD) Paystubs (3)

      VOA (Verification of Assets)

      The following document is transferred:

      • VOA Report

      These documents are organized in the appropriate categories within the eFolder, enabling underwriters to access and review them without any manual uploads.
