Using Document Upload for Income Verification (Fallback Method)

If both the Payroll and Bank Income paths are unsuccessful or skipped, Truv Smart Routing offers Document Upload as the final fallback method.

Steps for Document Upload:

1. Upload Documents: The applicant is directed to the document processing step.
2. Select Document Type: The applicant chooses the type of document they wish to upload:
   • W-2
   • Paystubs
   • 1040
   • Optional other income documents
3. Upload: The applicant uploads the selected income documents for processing.
