Handling Missing Applicant Email

1. If the email is missing, the order status will show ERROR with the Name value as EMAIL, MISSING.
2. Locate the warning message in Workspace → Vendor summary (select Truv, then EMAIL, MISSING).

Identifying Expired Orders Expired orders maintain a status of Pending Review.
