Steps for Payroll Provider Verification:

1. Select Employer: The applicant selects their employer from a list (e.g., Home Depot).
2. Credential In: The applicant is prompted to sign in to their payroll provider or employer portal (e.g., Sign in to Home Depot, Sign in to ADP) using their User ID and Password.
3. Success: Once authenticated, the account is connected, and the verification is complete.
