How to Re-verify VOA order in Encompass ?

Reverification refreshes an existing VOA order to pull the latest balances and transactions, then saves a new asset report to the loan’s eFolder. Use the steps below to run the refresh and download the updated report.

• Pipeline → Open the application to re‑verify.

• Services tab → Select All Services.

• Open the existing Truv VOA order.

• Actions tab → Click the ellipsis (⋯) → Refresh data.

• Refresh the page → Actions → Download asset report.

• Open the eFolder to view the most recent document.
