How to Enable Truv in Tidalwave

  1. Obtain Credentials: Copy Truv Client ID and Access Secret from your Truv Dashboard (Development → API Keys).
  2. Add Integration: In Tidalwave, navigate to Admin Tab → Integrations, click "+", and paste the Client ID and Secret.
  3. Enable Products: Go to Admin → Company Configurations (or Branch settings).
  4. Select Truv as the Employment Income Provider and the Asset Verification Provider.
  5. Check the boxes to enable the verification task in the borrower's application flow.
