How do the Bulk Upload Orders enhancements work for Public Sector teams?

To save you time and eliminate manual data entry, public sector teams can now use the Truv Dashboard to upload a single CSV file and create up to 100 orders at once. We have enhanced this feature to support additional income verification products, added status update fields, and clarified the upload instructions to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Enhancements

  • Expanded Product Support: In addition to standard orders, you can now bulk upload orders for:
    • Self-Employed Income
    • Combined Wage Earner Income + Self-Employed Income
  • New Status Update Fields: Track and manage your pipeline more efficiently with new fields that allow for automated status updates directly through your bulk upload.
  • Clarified Instructions: We’ve updated the on-screen guidance and CSV templates to ensure your data maps perfectly the first time, reducing upload errors.
  • High-Volume Efficiency: Process up to 100 orders simultaneously, completely removing the need to generate orders one-by-one.

How to Use Bulk Upload

  1. Navigate to the Orders section of your Truv Dashboard.
  2. Click on the Bulk Upload option.
  3. Download the newly updated CSV template to ensure your column headers match our enhanced fields.
  4. Fill out the template with your order details (up to 100 rows).
  5. Upload the completed CSV file and review the summary page to confirm your orders are processing.
