The Truv Report ID is a unique identifier created for each borrower on a loan file to support automated submission to Fannie Mae Desktop Underwriter. When a Verification of Assets order is completed, Truv generates this ID and sends it directly into Encompass. The ID automatically populates fields GSEVENDOR.X43 and GSEVENDOR.X44, ensuring the required data is ready for DU without manual entry.
