How do I fix Truv pulling the incorrect employer or financial institution from the 1003 URLA form?

If Truv incorrectly maps an employer or financial institution (FI) from your 1003 Uniform Residential Loan Application (URLA) on the order page, you can fix it manually before sending the request.

Step 1: Verify Naming on the Coverage Page

  • Navigate to Truv’s Coverage Page.
  • Make sure the spelling of the employer or FI matches Truv's system identically. Slight naming variations on the 1003 form can cause parsing mismatches.

Step 2: Manually Overwrite and Add the Correct Institution

  1. Click + Add employer or + Add account on the order page to open the search dialog.

  2. Type the correct name of the employer or financial institution.
  3. Review the Success rate indicator next to the results to see how frequently that institution successfully returns data.

  4. Select the correct entity from the results to add it to your order list.

Step 3: Filter and Finalize the Order

  • Use the checkboxes next to each entry to include the correct institutions or exclude the incorrect ones parsed from the 1003 form.
  • Send the updated, accurate verification request to your applicant.
