How can I locate and resend a current verification link to an applicant?
If an applicant misplaces their verification link, you can easily retrieve it from the Truv integration inside Encompass and send it to them manually.
Step-by-Step Guide
- Navigate to Order Services: Open the loan file in Encompass and go to the Order Services section.
- View Order Statuses: Click on Order Statuses to view your active Truv requests.
- Open Order Menu: Locate the Pending order for your applicant and click the three-dot ellipsis (...) on the right side of the row.
- See Order Details: Select See order details from the dropdown menu.
- Copy the Link: Click "Click to Copy" to save the unique verification URL to your clipboard.
Next Step: Paste the copied link into an email or text message and send it directly to the borrower so they can complete their verification.
