How to Monitor Status and Retrieve Data

1. Go to Workspace → Vendor summary, then search for and select Truv.
2. Wait until the order status changes to Pending Review (indicating applicant completion).
3. Find the verification data under the Employer-provided information section.

How to View/Download the Report

1. Navigate to Workspace → Vendor summary → Truv.
2. Select the application, then Results.
3. Choose View or Print to download as PDF.
