What is the new 'Suspicious' column in the Truv Dashboard?

We have enhanced the Orders and Users tables by adding a dedicated 'Suspicious' column. This column serves as a quick visual reference to help you instantly identify potential security or verification risks without having to click into individual order details.

Q: What exactly does the 'Suspicious' column track?

A: The column monitors the latest task associated with each provider. If the most recent activity or link generated for that provider flags any security anomalies or suspicious behavior, the column will update to reflect that status.

Q: Why did Truv add this feature?

A: Our goal is to streamline your workflow. Instead of manually auditing every user or order to check for fraudulent or risky links, you can now scan your high-level tables at a glance, prioritize the items that need immediate attention, and mitigate risks faster.

Q: How do I use this new column?

A: You don't need to change anything! The column is automatically integrated into your Truv Dashboard.

  • To view it: Simply navigate to either your Orders or Users tab.
  • Pro-tip: You can use this column to quickly filter or sort your queues, allowing your team to tackle the highest-risk files first.
