The Verification of Assets (VOA) integration through the Blue Sage platform provides automated verification with the following capabilities:

  • Real-Time Access: Lenders have real-time access to the borrower's current account balances and asset information.
  • Account Support: The integration supports verification for a comprehensive range of account types, including:
    • Checking accounts
    • Savings accounts
    • Investment accounts
    • Retirement accounts
  • Detailed Reporting: The reports include detailed information such as balance history and asset summaries.
  • Automated ID Transfer: The VOA Report IDs are designed to automatically populate in the relevant fields within Blue Sage for seamless submission to DU (Desktop Underwriter) and LPA (Loan Product Advisor).
