What fallback options are available if the automated deposit switch fails?

You can add in different back-up functionality based on your needs:

  • Manual Setup: Allow for a manual deposit switch after a failure. The flow can show the user's account information (routing number, account number, account type) to copy.
  • Form Generation: Support for automatic form generation of an "Employee Direct Deposit Enrollment Form".
  • Form Submission: Enable sending the manual form via email or PDF download.
  • Manual DDS Setting: You can configure the manual DDS settings to be fully disabled, show instructions with or without a send form option, or redirect to an external flow.
