Introducing the New Analyst Role for Truv Dashboard

 

 

Managing your team’s access and permissions just got easier. We are excited to introduce a new Analyst role within the Truv Dashboard, designed specifically for team members who need access to data and reporting without administrative permissions.

Previously, assigning user roles could be restrictive. With this update, your workspace administrators can now grant specific team members access to Truv’s full suite of reporting and insights while keeping your core system settings secure.

What can an Analyst do?

  • View and export Truv reporting data.
  • Access platform insights to track performance and analytics.
  • Monitor usage without the ability to change company settings or manage other team members.

How to assign the Analyst role:

  1. Log into your Truv Dashboard.
  2. Navigate to Settings in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click on the Team tab.
  4. Select the team member you want to update (or invite a new one).
  5. Choose Analyst from the role dropdown menu and save.
