How to Use Truv Follow-Up Tasks in Blend

  1. When a loan application is submitted, Blend automatically creates a VOIE Follow-Up Task for the borrower and co-borrower.
  2. Borrowers see the task in their To-Do list inside the Blend portal.
  3. When they click the task, the Truv income verification experience opens.
  4. Borrowers connect to their employer or payroll provider through Truv.
  5. If the verification expires or fails, Blend automatically triggers Paystub and W-2 upload tasks.
