How to enable Truv in nCino

  1. Go to Settings → Integration Self Service.
  2. Click Add and choose Verification (VOIE or VOA).
  3. Select Truv as the vendor.
  4. Enter your Client ID, Secret, API URL https://prod.truv.com/v1, and Template ID.
  5. Save and enable.
  6. In the Truv Dashboard, add webhooks for sandbox and production.
