How to Cancel a Pending or Sent Order in Encompass
1. Navigate to Order Statuses
Open the Truv Order Service section within your Encompass workspace. From the main dashboard of the integration, select the Order Statuses tab to view your active and pending orders.
2. Locate the Order
Find the specific order you wish to cancel. On the far right of the order row, find the three-dot ellipsis (⋮) menu.
3. Initiate Cancellation
Click on the ellipsis and select Cancel Order from the dropdown menu.
4. Confirm the Action
A confirmation popup will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to cancel this order?". Click the Cancel Order button to finalize the request.
Results
Once confirmed, the order status will immediately update to Canceled. No further actions will be taken on that specific order, and further reminders will not be sent to the applicant.
Note: Orders can only be canceled while they are in a "Pending" or "Sent" status. If the order has already been completed, the cancellation option will no longer be available.
