How does verification data get from TPO Connect into the lender's Encompass LOS?

The verification data obtained through Truv's integration with Encompass TPO Connect is designed to automatically sync into the lender's Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS).

The data transfer happens after the loan signings are complete within the TPO Connect platform. Once all required signatures are captured, the verified income, employment, and asset data flows automatically to the lender.
