How does the VOA integration support Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) and compliance?

The VOA integration is designed to provide full support for major Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS) and related compliance relief:

  • AUS Integration: The VOA Report ID is automatically passed to the appropriate Blue Sage AUS fields for submission to either Fannie Mae’s DU® (Desktop Underwriter) or Freddie Mac’s LPA® (Loan Product Advisor).
  • Rep and Warrant Relief: This deep integration supports eligibility for rep and warrant relief with both:
    • Fannie Mae Day 1 Certainty
    • Freddie Mac LPA AIM (Asset and Income Modeler)
