      How do I submit to GSE

      You can use the Report ID in the borrower report as your unique identifier when submitting to Government-Sponsored Enterprises (GSEs) such as Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac, and when running their Automated Underwriting Systems (AUS).

      Steps

      1. Locate the Report ID

        • Open the borrower document in the Truv dashboard and copy the Report ID.

      2. Submit to the GSE

        • Use the Report ID when sending borrower data to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.

      3. Run AUS

        • Use the same Report ID to run AUS with Desktop Underwriter (DU) for Fannie Mae or Loan Product Advisor (LPA) for Freddie Mac
