How do I initiate a Truv Verification of Income and Employment (VOIE) order in Byte?

To start a new verification order, you must navigate through the BytePro Enterprise interface.

  • Open the Loan Application: Start with the specific loan application file.
  • Select Interfaces: Click the Interfaces option in the menu bar.
  • Access Verifications: Click on Verifications in the dropdown list.
  • Choose Truv: From the list of verification providers that appears, select Truv
