How do I Check Coverage in Encompass?

To check employer coverage before submitting a verification order:

• Open the loan file in your Pipeline.

• Go to the Services tab.

• Select Order Service > Verifications > Truv Services.

• Under the New Order tab, locate the “Success Rate” column.

• Review the color-coded indicator next to the employer(s): 

• Hover over the indicator to view Truv’s tool tip with best practice recommendations.

• Use this guidance to decide whether to proceed with the verification.
