What This Means
If you receive a notification that your payroll provider is not supported by our Truv application, it means we are currently unable to connect to the employer’s payroll system to verify your income and employment or switch direct deposit.

For our direct-deposit switch product, we recommend using our manual DDS form solution. These features are only accessible to our enterprise Truv Dashboard solution customers.

Colour categories
- Grey indicates that the employer is not supported, and a connection cannot be established.
- Yellow indicates a low success rate in connecting to the payroll provider of the employer.
- Green indicates a high success rate in connecting to the payroll provider of the employer.
