Typically, files are available once all accounts are connected within an order. However, if the user doesn't complete all orders, completed ones will be available after the uncompleted orders expire or the user selects 'skip' for the orders they are unable to complete.
It's worth noting that clients using Truv Dashboard don't have to wait until verifications are completed or skipped. Once verification is done, the reports will be available in the Truv dashboard.
With the followings teps, you'll be able to access and utilize the reports available through the Truv dashboard.
1. Log in to the Truv Dashboard
2. Select the Orders page
3. Search for the order using the loan number, tracking number, or order ID
4. Once you find the order, click on it to see the details
5. Hit the Download PDF to see the report
