Yes, you will receive an invoice or receipt once the order is successfully completed. Please note that Truv will only apply charges once the borrower's account is connected.
If you've placed an order using our standalone verification solution, the receipt will be sent to you via email. Please remember to check your spam folder if you don't find it in your inbox.
If you've placed an order using our Truv Dashboard, you can download the invoice from the orders page. Simply select the order, click on the ellipsis, and choose 'download the latest invoice'
