If you've created an order using our standalone verification solution, please note that fields in the order cannot be modified. To correct any information in the order, kindly send an email to support@truv.com requesting cancellation of the order. Once cancelled, you can proceed to create a new order with the correct information.
If you've created an order using our Truv Dashboard, please note that you can only rectify the First Name, Last Name, and SSN fields in the order. If you need to change any other details, you'll need to cancel the order and create a new one.

1. Navigate to the orders page > select the order in question.
2. Click on the Edit information button and edit the fields as necessary.
