For the orders workflow, Truv sends reminders via email and SMS every day between 8 am and 10 pm local time when the order is on pending status. We space out the reminders based on the expiry time that is set on the client's account Customization > Account > Order Settings > Link Expiry
We can also set auto-call reminders to be sent to the borrower. Please reach out to implementations@truv.com to enable this functionality.
