I've come across a 'No Data' status in my order. Could you please explain what this signifies? Outlined below are the reasons why this situation occurs:
- Truv successfully logged into the provider but didn’t have any data to retrieve.
- Truv successfully logged into the provider but didn’t get enough data to qualify this a successful verification (as defined by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac)
PLEASE NOTE: Truv does not charge for verifications that end up in no_data status.
As a fallback, we recommend enabling document upload functionality. This will allow borrowers to easily upload their paystubs and W-2s through our widget, enabling us to generate a comprehensive report.
