Yes, you may go to Truv Dashboard -> Customization -> Templates. You can create a new template and set up as many templates as needed. You need to use these templates on order creation for this to be reflected. Templates can also be passed as a parameter to Order API.
Once you set up the templates, you can customize the entire flow that your borrower sees
- your email format - both first and reminder emails,
- Your sms format - both first and reminder sms,
- landing page format,
- success page,
- expired page,
- the domain where the landing page is hosted as well,
- add Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions link,
In addition to the above, you can also customize the Branding,logo, colors & look and feed of the Truv Bridge. You can learn more about templates here
