- If you're verifying employment history, please let your background screener know that you were unable to verify your employment through Truv and they will use a different process.
- If you're verifying income, please let the lender or property management company know that you're unable to verify through Truv and they will use a different process.
- If you're switching direct deposit accounts, please let your financial institution know that you were unable to switch accounts through Truv and they will use a different process.
Additionally, you may also reach out to the Truv Support team and submit feedback. We will look into your request and prioritize adding your payroll provider.
