If you don't remember the credentials to access your payroll account, you may need to reset your credentials.
- You can do so easily by clicking "Reset username" or "Reset password" in the Truv widget, as shown below
- You can also reset credentials on your payroll provider's website. Once you click on "Reset credentials" please follow the instructions on the screen. After resetting the credentials, you can try to log in again with your updated credentials.
- If your account has been blocked or suspended you may need to reach out to your HR department or call your payroll provider's customer support.
