For certain payroll providers, you might be prompted to enter a company subdomain or organization ID. You would see a screen like this:
Workday: Organization ID
Workday accounts need an Organization ID. In order to find your organization ID, follow the steps below:
Option 1: Log into your Workday on the web
Go to Profile Menu > My Account > Organization ID
Option 2: Ask a Coworker
They can get the ID for you in their Workday mobile app or web login.

You might try entering your organization name, such as full company name or abbreviation. For direct assistance, contact your organization's HR or IT department.
UltiPro: Company Access Code or Subdomain
If you are accessing UltiPro on:
- Your mobile device or UKG Pro (UltiPro) app, you may be prompted to enter a company access code.
- Device browser, you may be prompted to enter a subdomain.
Find my company subdomain:
You can find your company subdomain by going to your employer's payroll portal and looking at the domain.For example: If your company's payroll URL is "xyzcompany.ultipro.com", the subdomain you should enter in the is "xyzcompany".
What is a company access code?
The company access code is the code an HR/System Admin creates when they do the set up. The code is unique to the company and once set it cannot be changed.
How do I obtain my company access code?
Your organization will provide you with the Company Access Code. If you have not yet received the code, it is likely that your company is still in the process of configuring the mobile app for you. Please contact your manager or administrator for further assistance.
