Best practices for contacting Truv's customer support.
- Always include the Order ID, Doc ID, loan number and/or tracking number along with the name of the borrower and explain what is the problem
- If the data is not fully parsed or there is missing data.
- If you are missing pay stubs in the report.
- If the borrower gets stuck in the widget, have them contact email@example.com.
- If the interface or your workflow looks different than what you were trained on, contact support.
