What do you do when the borrower can’t find or log on to the payroll provider?
- There are many factors that go into a successful connection to a provider, many times the borrower inputs the wrong credentials, does not have MFA setup, or doesn't know their payroll provider.
- You are able to see if Truv has the payroll provider integrations and employer coverage in the dashboard.
- Ask if the borrower tried using their work email to login and/or to try resetting their account.
