# Does Lodasoft handle the borrower-facing part of the verification process?

**TPO Connect** is the system that handles the **external correspondence, basic loan data management, pricing, and signings** for the broker. The **Truv integration** works *within* TPO Connect to capture and manage the verified income, employment, and asset data.

While Lodasoft is your primary tool for overall loan management, TPO Connect is the platform responsible for managing the verification intake and the final automatic data sync to the lender's Encompass LOS.
