Truv Encompass integrates Truv’s verification services with Encompass, enabling lenders to quickly and securely verify employment, income, and assets, reducing manual effort and processing time.
Steps to Create an Order in Encompass with Truv
1. Log in to Encompass

- Access your Encompass account using your credentials.
2. Services Tab > Order Verifications
3. Select: Truv - Verification of Income/Employment
- Complete the fields for each order
- The email and phone number for the borrower will be automatically populated from the loan. (Utilizing both channels helps get better success rates for borrowers to complete verification.)
- Optional: Status Updates Email:
- Enter an email address to receive notifications for this order
- NOTE: The email address field looks grayed out, but can be typed in or left empty
- Select Product Type from dropdown list (defaults to Income and employment)
- Income and employment-VOI/E or Employment history-VOE
- Select up to 5 Employers
- In the Action column, check the Create Order box for each employer needed
- Click Submit Orders
4. Check Order Status
- To check the status of an order, go to Services tab > Order Verifications
