Can I cancel an employer within an Order of multiple employers?

No, a selected employer cannot be cancelled within an Order of more than one employer. You will have to cancel the Order and create a new one with fewer employers.

To cancel an order via the Truv Dashboard, see the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Order tab and click on the order you want to cancel

2. Click on 'Cancel order'

3. At this point, the order is cancelled, but if you wish to re-order, you can click the button 'Duplicate order' and this will create a new order.
